Delivery
Packages are sent via Packeta delivery service. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to choose another delivery service, for which we will notify you by email.
Shipping costs
Package and delivery costs for orders over 80.00 € are free of charge and 5 € + VAT for orders below 80.00 €.
Delivery costs for Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Portugal are 8 € + VAT for orders below 100 € + VAT and free of charge for orders over 100 € + VAT.
VAT is charged according to the country to which we send the package.*
Delivery costs and customs clearance for shipping to Switzerland, UK, US and Australia are 30 €. We send packages to Switzerland, UK and US with the DHL delivery service. Free delivery is not available for Switzerland, Australia, the UK, and the US.
The delivery cost and customs clearance fee for shipping to North Macedonia is 15 €. Free shipping to North Macedonia is not available.
Additional Costs and Import Duties for Non-EU countries
The buyer is responsible for any additional costs, taxes, or duties that may arise when the shipment enters the destination country. Each country has its own regulations regarding importation, and it is the buyer's responsibility to inform themselves of such requirements. The seller is not liable for any additional fees incurred due to customs or import regulations in the buyer’s country.

Delivery time
All orders placed during weekdays until 12 am will be shipped so long payment is made via Paypal or credit card. Orders with a pre-invoice payment marked will be sent as soon as we receive the payment to the company bank account.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are shipped the next business day immediately. In exceptional cases, the delivery time may be extended, so if you wish to receive the shipment within the shortest possible time, please write it under the notes when placing the order.
