What is Kombucha?
Kombucha is a fermented, lightly carbonated, fermented tea beverage that is widely consumed for its purported health benefits. Kombucha was first brewed in China 2000 years ago, and by the early 20th century it had spread to Russia, then to other parts of Eastern Europe and Germany.
Why did we decide to add collagen to kombucha?
Collagen is the most abundant protein in our body, accounting for between 25 and 30% of all proteins in the body. That's as much as a third of the body's composition. It is found in cartilage, skin, teeth, nails, muscle tendons, the walls of the body's organs, and hair.
Collagen plays a vital role in the body, by helping organs develop, accelerating wounds and tissues healing, and repairing corneas, gums and scalp.
Collagen can be said to act as the "glue" that holds our bodies together, as it is responsible for the stability and strength of the body's tissues.
However, after about the age of 20, the body's own production of collagen starts to decline. According to data, the body is expected to produce 1.5% less collagen each year after age 20.

KOMBUCHA - Kombucha is a fermented tea. It is made by fermenting green tea, organic sugar, and kombucha's own culture (yeast and bacteria).
FISH COLLAGEN - Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body, making up 80% of the dermis. Collagen is a component of skin, hair, nails, articular cartilage, ligaments, and tendons. The amount of collagen produced in the body slows down after the age of 20, so it is recommended to supplement with hydrolyzed collagen in the form of a food supplement to maintain the vitality of the whole body.
VITAMIN D3 - is a fat-soluble vitamin. It contributes to the normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus, normal blood calcium levels, maintenance of healthy bones, normal muscle function, maintenance of healthy teeth and contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.
VITAMIN C - is essential for new connective tissue growth from collagen, and plays a role in the formation of collagen for the normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin, and teeth.
